Conference Hotel Information

Below is information compiled on the hotels available for the 2006 HFES conference in San Francisco. Book early to ensure you obtain the HFES special rate for all the nights you wish to reserve. The discounted rates expire on September 25.

I will be setting up at roommate matching service for HFE students & alumni at SJSU. If you need a roommate, send me an e-mail (engineerkirsten@yahoo.com) and include the following information in your message: name; gender; phone number, and e-mail address; dates of attendance; Host committees you are apart of; housing preference (conference hotel; other hotel); preference for housing based on location (closest to conference) or rate (least expensive); smoking or nonsmoking; and maximum number of students per room.

The information will be compiled in a master list, updated regularly, and sent only to students interested in the roommate matching service. Students are responsible for contacting those who match their preferences and for making their own lodging arrangements.
